Delete Your hair2hair Account

You can permanently delete your hair2hair account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains the two ways to do so.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Open the hair2hair app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We will process your request and confirm once it is complete.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your account and the personal data associated with it, including:

• Your profile (name, email address, hair profile, and goals)
• Your photos, routines, logs, reviews, and scan history

We may retain limited data where required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
