hair2hair (“hair2hair,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the hair2hair mobile application (the “Licensed Application”) subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License Scope:

The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you by hair2hair for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this license. This license granted to you for the Licensed Application by hair2hair is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and Payments:

• All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Restrictions on Use:

• You may not use the Licensed Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not interfere with or disrupt the Licensed Application or any servers or networks connected to it.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof.
• You may not access the Licensed Application to build a competing product or service.

Intellectual Property:

• The Licensed Application and all content and materials therein are protected by intellectual property rights.
• You may not use any content or materials from the Licensed Application without our prior written permission.

Health Disclaimer:

• We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
• Any information provided through the Licensed Application should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Licensed Application.
• This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
• We will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or adverse effects arising from the use of the Licensed Application or any information provided therein.
• This includes, but is not limited to, health issues, personal injury, or any other incidents that may occur during or after the use of the Licensed Application.

Term and Termination:

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing your use of the Licensed Application. We may terminate these Terms at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Licensed Application.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. If you are a citizen of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Consent to Use of Data:

You agree that hair2hair may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the Licensed Application. hair2hair may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you.

External Services:

The Licensed Application may enable access to hair2hair’s and/or third-party services and websites. You agree to use these External Services at your sole risk. hair2hair is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services.
